Our goal is 100% satisfaction. Since certifications, plaques, and medals are custom engraved with the achiever's name and record details, we cannot offer refunds once the manufacturing process has begun.

If your physical certificate or trophy arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage, and we will ship a replacement at no extra charge.
